The major benefit of setting up a customer in QBO’s Elite Payroll is that Intuit does the SETUP for you FREE! Now you no longer have to wait until November or December to set up a client, it can be done any time of year!
The price for Intuit payroll products are very competitive and 40-50% less than the popular ADP or Paychex. Keep in mind, you reduce time by no longer making manual entries, and it makes your bank reconciliations easier to process. Conversions are smoother for customers that are on ADP or Paychex because the setup team can pull the information right from the other payroll login. If you add QuickBooks Time Tracker to these solutions, you are making it easier to track your employee’s time or subcontractors’ time towards jobs and services, which you can tag as billable or not. Our favorite feature in QuickBooks Time is the fact that it can track overtime hours with ease, helping you eliminate mistakes, as this is a manual process in Quickbooks.
QuickBooks Time allows employees to clock in a variety of methods including their cell phone or computer. There is a new Kiosk option to replaces old punch clocks. If you want to try out QuickBooks Time or learn more, click here.
