There is a new add on program that is built into QuickBooks Enterprise called Advanced inventory. It is an nominal annual subscription that allows you to track you inventory by location. You can keep all your data in one company file and simply transfer from one warehouse or location to another.

Some of our customers have more complex needs such as lot tracking or serial number tracking. There are other options to be able to do this.
